Completion requirements

  • The website ensures that beneficiaries of its services periodically review the training content published through it and ensure its compliance with national laws and policies.
  • The site receives any comment on this matter from its visitors or beneficiaries of its services through the Contact Us page in order to review it immediately and ensure its suitability.

  • This policy, according to the nature of the license granted to us, requires normalizing a set of standards for accepting trainees, then granting them certificates of attendance.
  • The beneficiary obtains services through our website and fulfills the requirements for obtaining a certificate of attendance for the course or training program in electronic form.
  • Our website’s work team deals with the requirements for granting certificates and accepting registrants in an abstract manner through the trainee’s digital ID and without looking at his personal data, which achieves integrity in dealing with each case.

  •    Follow intellectual property rights systems in regulating the content of electronic courses and activities and the content of training programs and courses.
  •   Do not publish user data and information or any written, visual or audio content outside the e-learning system. - When there are quotations from other references, this will be indicated within the training content of each course or the content published on the site.
  •  For the content of our website, which was completely developed by us, the ownership rights will be indicated by the phrase “Proprietary Rights Reserved,” and those wishing to benefit from it should refer to the site administration.
  •  Notifying the competent authorities in the event of any proven violation of intellectual property rights, the presence of electronic piracy, any violation of the anti-cybercrime system, or an attempt to penetrate the platform’s website or the platform’s databases and computers.

  •  Trainees’ access to benefit from synchronous or asynchronous courses is through private information for each trainee (user name and password).
  •  Trainees’ entry into and exit from training sessions is recorded electronically.
  •  Simultaneous attendance through virtual classes is considered equivalent to regular attendance. Attendance is calculated by measuring its percentage of the total training course time, so that the attendance percentage is not less than 75% of the hours scheduled for the course.
  •  The percentage is the ruling on granting the trainee a certificate of attendance or not. - The number of trainees in the synchronous virtual class does not exceed (25) students.

When participants register, they register on the site via the email they are registered with, and this verification is done every time the trainee logs in to the site.

The platform takes care of the trainee’s feedback as a means of measuring and mastering what he receives. The platform adopts the following:
    •  The tasks that the trainee performs by following the course.
    •   Activities performed by the trainee.
    •   Pre- and post-tests taken by the trainee.
